Our Policies

POLICIES for DINING REDEFINED, LLC

DINING REDEFINED, LLC services Summit County. However, special arrangements can be made for any destination event at any Colorado location.

DINING REDEFINED, LLC uses only fresh, local (if possible) ingredients and all items are prepared and customized to your menu and event.

DINING REDEFINED, LLC welcomes any input as to special requests you may want to include on the menu for your event.

DINING REDEFINED, LLC requires a deposit for all events. All orders are subject to sales tax.

DINING REDEFINED, LLC staff may be billed separately. Services costs are calculated after the event, not before. A final bill will be delivered upon completion of event.

Your event will be invoiced for the confirmed number of guests or the number of guests present, whichever is higher.

Rental items will be billed separately to you by a local and reputable rental firm

DINING REDEFINED, LLC requests that payment is due and payable upon receipt of the invoice. Payments received later than 15 days after the event is subject to 15% interest on the entire bill.
